Missing Hiker's Body Found in River at Kings Canyon

This week, rangers announced an unhappy ending in the search for 32-year-old Rika Morita, a Japanese woman reportedly hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. She had been missing since July 8, but a group of hikers found her body in the South Fork of the Kings River in Kings Canyon National Park; rescuers recovered her remains earlier this week.
