Kayaker Who Drowned in Bellingham Bay Identified

Officials identified the kayaker who drowned in Bellingham Bay earlier this month as 24-year-old Tony Kang, a novice paddler from Georgia. Kang reportedly died after he fell off his sit-on-top kayak and wasn’t able to get back on.
