The Los Angeles fire helicopter came to the rescue of a hiker lost in Santa Susana Pass State Historic Park last Saturday after she called for help, also complaining of heat exhaustion in the 100-degree temperatures. The helicopter pulled her out of a deep canyon in the park; her hiking companion walked out with firefighters.
