The Frye Fire burned 48,443 acres in the Coronado National Forest this June and July, leaving the landscape in the Mt. Graham area very prone to flash flooding. As a precaution, trails, visitor centers, and campgrounds in the burn zone will remain closed while the risk of monsoon-season flooding is elevated.
