If Boston is looking for an official city park expert, Ed Lyons is probably just the guy. Over a 370-day period, the local father of three managed to go down the entire list of municipal parks, discovering secrets such as hidden footpaths and the city’s tallest slide as he went. Lyons started his quest when city officials asked residents to submit photos of hotspots around Boston; surprised at how many parks on that list he’d never visited, he grabbed his camera and started exploring.
