As of last Friday, June 23, hikers and campers could finally get back into the upper Entiat Valley, a top access point to the Glacier Peak Wilderness. The 38-mile road reopened after an April mudslide and 2014 wildfire left it too dangerous for passage. Several shuttered campgrounds along the road have also reopened.
