Activists and other Chicago residents hosted a peace rally featuring drummers and a picnic at Caldwell Woods, a month and a half after video showed an intoxicated man berating a woman for wearing a t-shirt displaying the Puerto Rican flag. The man, identified as 62-year-old Timothy Trybus, faces hate crime charges in the incident.
