Scott Garcia, 24, says autism makes him laser-focused on his goals–a trait that has come in handy as he conquers one Colorado 14er after another. The Pueblo resident has climbed 31 of the state’s highest peaks and counting, starting with Mt. Elbert in June of 2016. Garcia took up peakbagging in part to help him deal with his grief over the loss of his parents.
