Three Ways: Chocolate Bar

Chocolate bars are easily packable and versatile.

1. Strawberry s’mores
Chocolate + dried strawberries + marshmallows + shortbread cookies (in lieu of graham crackers).

2. Hot Chocolate
Chop and whisk into milk (use whole powdered) over medium heat until melted for a cup of gourmet hot chocolate.

3. Fondue
Add a splash of milk (from powder) to a pot and melt chocolate over low heat. Dip pretzels, dried mangoes, apricots, and other fruit.
