More than a year after his disappearance, a few hikers have found what could be items belonging to missing adventurer/billionaire Steve Fossett in California, not far from the original search zone.
A sheriff from Mammoth Lakes, Calif., reports that hikers in the area discovered cash and I.D. that could belong to Steve Fossett.
“We’re not certain that it belongs to Steve Fossett but it certainly has his name on the I.D.”
