Our photo editor recently went on a family car camping adventure from Denver to Seattle, and out of all the gear she took along for the ride there emerged one clear favorite: this collapsible table. “It’s so easy to assemble that my 4- and 6-year-olds could set it up,” she says of the Soul Kitchen’s collapsible legs and rollable top. The table can hold enough dishes for dinner for a family of four, and it packs down to about the size of a softball bat. Next up? We’ll be taking this handy basecamp accessory into the backcountry to see how it performs on the trail.
