The Sunlight 20 is a rare beast: a legit 20°F down bag that costs less than 200 bucks. Stuffed with 650-fill down and shelled with a DWR-coated ripstop polyester, it has a relaxed mummy cut, perfect for claustrophobes. I stayed warm right down to 20°F on several trips in the Utah desert, thanks to the puffy neck baffle, full-length draft tube, and deep hood.
Nice: The brushed tafetta lining feels remarkably soft, like a cotton sheet. Gripe: Lesser quality 650-fill down is bulkier than the primo stuff; the bag packs to 12” x 8” (compressed). mountainsmith.com
