I love the low weight of titanium cookware, but I don’t love the high price or the way cooked food sticks to its surface. This set solves both problems. All four pieces (1.9- and 1.3-liter pots, each with frypan/lids) have a nonstick silicone/ceramic coating, which kept everything—polenta, garlic, and oatmeal—from crusting up on several spring trips. The lids are 1.5 inches deep; my husband and I used them as bowls. Each piece has a swing-out, rubber-coated handle for easy maneuvering. The jury is still out on the long-term durability of the coating, but I’ve been using this set in my home kitchen for several months and wear and tear is minimal. rei.com
