While instant oatmeals can be cloyingly sweet, we found this version more palatable, thanks to freeze-dried fruit and chunky whole grain rolled oats fortified with oat bran. Single-serve packets come in eight flavors: Blueberry is our fave. Tip: Pile on extras (like walnuts) to make a heartier breakfast.
