Sometimes gaining balance is as simple as adjusting the load in your pack.
>> Keep heavy items centered and close to your back.
>> For flat, level trails, balance is usually less important than comfort, so pack heavy items higher. This
distributes more weight to your hips.
>> For hikes off trail or on unstable ground, put heavy items near the
bottom of the main compartment
to lower your center of gravity and improve balance.
>> Tighten compression straps to stabilize your load.
