New model for this year (Do not check this option if this model was listed as new in last year’s Gear Guide)Designed with Ultra Runners in mind, the 1210 is the official shoe of the Leadville 100 Race. When developing this shoe, testing was done at Ultra Races where 3D foot scanners were used to study the effects an ultra-run has on the feet. The Leadville 1210 is a supportive, well-cushioned trail running shoe with a multi-directional lug outsole, making it versatile enough. A small medial post provides just enough support for the foot as an athlete starts to fatigue later in the race. The shoe features the official “Leadville Race Series” logo on the insert and “Leadville” is printed on the lateral side of each shoe.
