MyPakage First Layer Pant Pro

An innovative pouch means ultimate comfort for dudes.

Brand: MyPakage

Model: First Layer Pant Pro

Fit Our testers have never filled their feedback forms with as many euphemisms as they did for these tights. Why? The MyPakage First Layer’s signature feature is a “keyhole” pouch built to cradle a man’s, er, package, preventing overheating, reducing chafing, and eliminating the need for constant adjustments. “Super-comfortable, and kept things from getting too muggy down there,” reports one tester. A seamless panel in the crotch eliminates rubbing, and four-way stretch ensures the pants moved with testers for everything from ski-touring to fatbiking. Only downside: no front flap for peeing.

Wicking As we expect with synthetics, the 100-percent polyester fabric wicked moisture quickly and dried in a flash. And a Polygiene antimicrobial treatment kept stink mostly at bay for up to four days.

Warmth These lightweight pants worked best for high-output activities in mild conditions. Testers didn’t find them insulating enough for resort skiing or other moderate pursuits when the mercury dropped into the 20s.

Options Also comes in ¾-length ($40) and boxer brief ($30). XS-XXL
