Small-chested women rejoice: this moderate-compression racerback resists chafing.

Finding the ideal backpacking bra can be tough: Too much support starts to chafe and bind after a long day on the trail, but not enough can be just as painful. For smaller-chested testers, the moderate-compression, shelf-style, racerback Breathe, from fashion-forward fitness clothing company Nux, offered just the right balance for low-impact activities, from hiking to yoga classes to seven-pitch climbs in the desert. “My B cups had just enough compression to stay put, but they weren’t sore at the end of the day,” says one tester. Even after she wore the Breathe five days in a row, it never started to stink, and the thin, adjustable straps didn’t cut into her shoulders. It also weathered 105°F temps in Bikram yoga class without sticking to her skin. $45; 2.5 oz.; S-L; nuxusa.com
