Gear Review: ExOfficio Women's Dryflylite Long-Sleeve Shirt

ExOfficio brings modesty, sun protection, and breathability with this women's shirt model.

[sun shirt]

Who says trail tops have to be clingy? This flattering, button-up nylon shirt blocks sun and preserves modesty to boot. “It’s an ideal trail shirt, worn alone or over a technical tee,” says our gear editor, who loved its versatility on multiday trips in temps from 40 to 80°F. “Just roll down the sleeves and flip up the collar for extra sun protection.” The 30 UPF fabric (80 percent nylon for durability and 20 percent poly, which adds softness and stretch) is light, quick-drying, and breathable. Gripe: Storing anything in the two chest pockets (directly over the breasts) is most unflattering. $70; 5.5 oz.; XS-XL; exofficio.com
