Gear Review: d.light S10 Solar Lantern
Let nature fuel your light with this solar powered lantern from d.light.
[solar lantern]
This water bottle-size solar lantern kicks out soft light (through a frosted shade) in every direction. Despite numerous drops and being left out overnight in the rain several times, the S10 still powers on.
Eight hours of full-sun charging nets six hours of light on high, eight hours on low (charge times were twice as long on cloudy days). The S10 can also charge via a wall socket with an optional adaptor ($5). Nice: the price. $16; 8.1 oz.; dlightstore.com
