Glad you liked it! My finger was actually on 19, not 16, but to answer the other question, yes, it's different among manufacturers. But once you know your torso you can order or buy the right size. In very general terms, anything under 17 is a small, 17-19 is a medium, and anything over 19 is a large. But, like I said, it varies from company to company, so always check!
