Elisabeth, Backpacker Mag, you guys are freaking awesome. I use this trail chef tips every time i go somewhere. Even for car camping with friends and it amazes all of them.
Great recipe. I will definitely try this one out but I think I will hall up a can of good ale instead of bud light. Yucky...

I have tried beer pancakes and they are just fine. i prefer honey to syrup.
My mother stands corrected, Beer is what's for Breakfast. I would have eaten a lot better in college if someone had told me about these!
