I used to love your magazine but in the last couple of years the content is aimed at an elitist readership. Yhere's nothing anymore that would interest the averge income enthusiast. Its a shame your management has forgotten us.

Where do I find the latest issue of the magazine? Also past issues? I have no idea if I have the current one (fall/winter 2010) or not?

Since I subscribed I only recieved three issues of your magazine. I've contacted you in the past an got one additional issue but nothing in the last 4 months.

I just paid with my credit card to renew our subscription to your magazine. Once I hit submit I was sent to another page where it said I had selected the "bill me" option and would be sent a receipt. I would like to know my card was billed and I need a receipt sent to my email jmaupin@wsu.edu to confirm that the subscription was paid.
