Run 4-5 miles

SURVIVAL SKILLS: Grab your first aid kit and a partner and treat a blister, stabilize a tweaked ankle, and stop a gusher!


Run 5 miles at a 5k race pace with 1 to 2 minute breaks in between.



On one day, hike 10 miles with an 20-25 pound pack, gaining at least 2000 feet. On the other day, rest!
