Tuesday: 75-minute trail run. RPE: 7-8
Strength training.
Wednesday: 120-minute hike with 20-pound pack (hit as many hills as possible), followed by 45-60 minute bike or swim, if time allows. RPE: 7
Thursday: 75-minute climbing session. RPE: 7-8 Strength training.
Friday: Off
Saturday: Fun day: 180 minutes total. RPE 7- 8
