Wednesday: 75-minute hike with 20-pound pack (hit as many hills as possible), followed by 40-minute bike or swim, if time allows. RPE: 6
Thursday: 55-minute climbing session. RPE: 6 Strength training.
Friday: Off
Saturday: Fun day: 145 minutes total. RPE: 6
