Monday Off
Tuesday: 30-minute walk or hike. RPE: 5 Optional: Strength training.
Wednesday Off
Thursday: 30-minute trail run. RPE: 5
Friday: Optional: Strength training.
Saturday: Free day: 60 minutes. RPE 5-6
