I thoroughly enjoyed this adventure of substance. I'm looking forward to showing it to friends that I went on a simple Oregon pack with.
I am not aware of anyone having done a comparable journey in the Brooks in modern human history.
I believe that the native peoples, professionals and hunters that get to see some of this great Brooks country look upon Buck Nelson with admiration and perhaps some jealousy.
Do a quick google to Buck's extensive web site and there are some top notch light gear recommendations.
