Try this homemade, ultralight bowl for long distance treks.
On long-distance hikes and Himalayan treks, reader and guide Matt Szundy, of Reading, Pennsylvania, uses a superlightweight bowl. He takes an old plastic water bladder, cuts it in half, and duct tapes the rim. Voila, a folding, durable bowl and beverage container.
