On dish duty? This portable basin makes scrubbing easy.
Wash It
Not everyone has to be a chef. But if you're the type who kicks back with a cold one while your buddies slice and dice, you'd better at least step up and do the damn dishes. The Kitchen Sink–a watertight polyester basin that's seven inches deep and 15 inches square–makes slacker duty simple.
Just fill it with soapy water and start scrubbing. Two carrying handles let you move it while full; side pockets hold soap, sponges, and utensils; and smart foldout drying racks let you vertically stack some plates to drip dry. Bonus: Use it to store your plates and utensils between trips. $60; 1 lb. 9 oz.; kelty.com.

If this Kelty Kitchen Sink is for car camping, better to buy a small plastic tub or two and save $55 bucks.
