Cape May, NJ: To the Sea and Through the WoodsDom and I were up early to hit the road, and we spun through Cape May as the sleepy little seaside town awakened after previous evening's festivities. Very similar to my ride from the day before, but with a longer trip north. Really good riding through the second half of this figure-eight loop. Cape May, NJ: Liberty and Justice for AllSo we're down the shore with the fam, and of course I brought the ride. It was a great day, albeit a little windy, but I found some really amazing, quiet roads out past the painted ladies of Cape May. A nice trip to the lighthouse made for a great celebration of freedom.... 2009 City to Shore MS150 Day 2: Ocean City to Woodcrest StationDom, Carlos and I got out about 7:30am today from OC. This ride was overall better for me than Day #1. Foggy rollout over the bridges and then into the country. Found some good pacelines, and even towed a pair through Marlton. Great feeling rolling back and seeing Kelly at the station. What a ride! |
