When our boy scout troop was at 5730 feet high in elevation, had temperatures of 25 degrees, and had windy conditions, this stove performed well. It heated up faster than a Jetboil, and stayed lit instead of going out due to wind, WITHOUT THE WIND SHIELD! This stove is worth the money and is a great tool if you are looking to get past wind and other extremes.

A.} No, Miguel, you don’t necessarily have to get your girlfriend a women’s specific pack. I often wear men’s or unisex packs with great success. And I know small men who have had luck with women’s packs. Forget about the gender labels and look at the pack itself, and the way it works with your girlfriend’s body shape.
