THE MAXIMUM HEART RATE TRAINING FORMULAS ARE WRONG !.... THE BRACKETS AROUND THE (AGE X .80) FOR MEN AND (AGE X .7) MAKE THE MATH DANGEROUSLY INACCURATE... 214 - (40 x .80) = 182... ! PLEAS AMMEND THIS OR REMOVE IT BEFORE SOMEONE TAKES IT AS VALID.

Thanks for the great article. I'm feelin' motivated to get ready for spring! One thing I wanted to point out though is that, in a sumo squat, you should stand with your feet wider than mentioned (more like shoulder width or even a bit wider). Keep the great tips coming!
