Flat ground
A straight line from the edge to the spine creates a wedge-shaped blade that offers a good
compromise between cutting ability and durability.
Hollow ground
A concave shape leaves the blade edge very thin, making it easier to sharpen (but less durable).
Chisel ground
Only ground on one side; it’s inexpensive and allows a folded blade to rest flush against a nonenclosed handle—without causing a safety hazard.
A site that can be loaded with information pertinent to one's particular state and nearby state - regional sites. Reading about trekking through Idaho is nice but when you live 2 or 3 states away it's not as interesting. The product info is great! I wish to open your site to find more articles about California and I'm sure others would be interested in reading more on their states as well. Thanks.
