Would this sleeping bag work for side sleepers?

After reading about quilts I used my lightweight sleeping bag as a quilt and loved it. So I bought a Jacks R Better quilt (Shenandoah) but found it didn't have the coverage I wanted (I'm 6-0' tall and 140 lbs). I bought a Montbell UL bag and love it as a quilt with the option to zip up in a mummy bag if the temps dip lower than a quilt can handle.
