Inspirational Grand Canyon PhotosGet lost in these spectacular reader photos of the Grand CanyonWarning: These photos will make you want to drop everything and visit the Grand Canyon now. Don't- a lifelist trip like this will take some time to plan. Instead plan now for a trip in October, when crowds thin out, daytime temps are still in the 80's and the last of the motorized boats have finished their tours. Start by checking out the GPS routes on our Grand Canyon page.
Bright Angel Trail, Indian Garden, and Plateau Point can all be seen from this viewing spot behind Bright Angel Lodge on the South Rim (Sambuddha Mukherjee)

Photo 2 shows switchbacks on South Kaibab above the Tonto Platform. This is the best way to get down into the canyon. Just go early or late in the day/season to avoid the heat.

Wow; some beautiful shots of "The Big Ditch!" Could you make them available as high-res wallpaper? Thanks,
