I'm surprised the trails in Eastern Kentucky are not listed here. The Pine Mountain Trail and Breaks Interstate Park Trails are absolutely beautiful.

What is the best part of the trail to do a week long hike? Myself and two friends of mine are freshmen in college and all were athletes in high school, and are in good shape, we would need to know the places we would both start and finish..if anyone can help us out that would be awesome, thanks

Is there a gpx file for VA from Dripping Rock to Rockfish Gap? I can not locate on your site and need this for a trip I am planning later this summer. Thank you.
