Q.}
Do I have to get my girlfriend a women's-specific backpack if her torso size fits a men's one? Do the shoulder strap position and waist belt flare really matter and do you wear a women’s-specific backpack?

A.}
No, Miguel, you don’t necessarily have to get your girlfriend a women’s specific pack. I often wear men’s or unisex packs with great success. And I know small men who have had luck with women’s packs. Forget about the gender labels and look at the pack itself, and the way it works with your girlfriend’s body shape.

As an ESBIT stove with the Gram Cracker fuel tablet holder this is THE most efficient ESBIT stove yet. Previously I used the base of my Vargo Triad alky stove and an MSR windscreen for ESBIT cooking and used almost 2X as much fuel as I presently do with the Sidewinder stove.
With the Inferno insert kit (inverted ti cone and bottom raised screen) it is a HIGHLY efficient woodburner that can all be stowed in the matching 3 cup anodized aluminum pot. There is a large array of pot sizes and materials to choose from. Each stove fits its pot precisely for maximum efficiency.
The Inferno insert recirculates gases from the initial
burning and therefore burns very hot, thus the need for making everything from titaniuum.
While some other "gassifier" stoves may burn a bit more efficiently none can USE the heat as efficiently as the Sidewinder/Inferno stove and its close-fitting matching pot.
Plus the Inferno can be fed larger sizes of wood so you can leave it for several minutes, unlike some other gassifier stoves that require constant feeding of twigs.
The testing and design that Trail Designs put into the Sidewinder stove has given us a 3 fuel stove of the greatest efficiency for each fuel type, alochol, ESBIT or wood. Great flexibility for different camping/cooking situations.
