Great boot-roomy toe box and good support in the heel area. I would recommend this boot and buy again. I have bad ankles and never had the first problem-several stream crossings and feet remained dry...

Can u say comfort right outta the box??? Superior ankle support. No break in needed. Good traction on snow, mud, rock, scree, dirt, etc. These boots truly r that good. Waterproofing only tested minimally w water crossings n slushy snow n my feet stayed dry. Have yet to test in a downpour. Put bout 40 miles on these over 6 days n my feet were smiling. Hauled a 50+ lb pack and the stability on uneven surfaces was very good. No slippage, no ankle turning. Just rock solid, secure stability. N yes, the comfort is first rate. Please don't hesitate giving these a try if you've been considering them. Ill buy another pair in a heartbeat
