Nemo Fillo is almost 3.5 times the weight of the Exped.
I would take the Nemo Fillo over this any day. The Exped may be nice but the Nemo is downright amazing. Good enough to sleep on at home and not miss my regular memory foam pillow.
Though slightly heavier, it has a bunch of very well thought out design features.
