“The best of both worlds,” says one tester of the WinterSilks Long Sleeve Silk Wool Crewneck and Pant. Silk (70 percent) adds warmth, while wool (30 percent) lends moisture management and prevents stink buildup. Wearing just this layer under a softshell, our tester stayed warm while hiking on a breezy, 30°F day in Colorado’s Pawnee National Grassland.
