I agree with Perry. I would choose a lower quality camera with a view finder over a higher end one any day. The LCD and LED displays generally aren't glareproof and they are more likely to take a toll on your batter life, which is definitely something you want to avoid when you have rechargeable batteries and limited resources.

When will camera makers learn that view finders are far more useful on a sunny day in the backcountry than digital displays?
