This is a very helpful review covering everything I wanted to know! Thanks!
How can Kristen tell us about the "great night's sleep", when the bags under her eyes belie that phrase?
They are right. The NeoAir is the first pad I have really been comfortable on, and able to sleep on my back. A really great night's sleep!! You can adjust to the softness you like by letting a little air out. No sliding. Only consideration is that there is no insulation. An extra foam or insulated pad is required in cold weather.
