how is 15oz's light? id rather get a western mountaineering hooded flash jacket for 9oz.
Finally, a review of a Montbell product. I use a similar Montbell Down Jacket (no hood) that weights 9 oz with 800 fill. Good products!
Seriously folks? The "inner" type jacket doesn't come with a hood.
She's wearing the women's version that's why the pattern is diamond shaped. She gave specs for the men's version which is vertical lines. I can't wait to try this when it arrives! I have the UL montbell with only 2.5 fill weight and it a great fit and pretty warm, this alpine has almost twice the fill weight so it should be nice and warm. I just don't like the elastic cuffs to cheap for the price their charging, should of had the adjustable Velcro cuff like the cheaper Montbell UL jacket version has ,much better feature.
I don't see an inner down jacket but maybe two thin base layers.
what a shame that you can not trust the reviewer. Makes it look like the reviewer will receive gratuity
No, she's not. She's wearing the Alpine Light that she says she's wearing. Check the MontBell website to compare the features.
Too bad on the review of the Alpine Lite Down Jacket the reviewer is wearing actually wearing an Inner Down Jacket!
