TO TRAILHEAD: I-87 N to exit 20. Take NY 212 W to Centerville, turn R onto NY 35. Turn L onto NY 33. Follow through West Saugerties, where road becomes Platte Clove Rd. Park on R just before Bruderhoff.
Pretty useless trail and route description buy the ADK "Catskill Trail" instead and match it with a proper map set and you are in business for all the great Catskill peaks. We have had to rescue too many people with their dead GPS stumbling clueless through the woods.
