| NATIONAL PARKS QUICKLINKS |
The trail is easy enough with a few short climbs scattered along the 3 miles. The final .25 ish miles consists of a short, steep climb and then a punishing descent around 500 feet. When you get close to the river the views are astonishing. Be on the look out for wild blueberries.
If camping at the Jack's River junction look out for a yellow jacket nest in a group of roots to the Northwest of the campsite.
