Started at Obstruction Point and followed the Lillian Ridge, then dropped down into the Grand Basin and spent the first night at Gladys Lake. Up the next morning and went over Grand Pass and then on up the Cameron Creek basin to Upper Cameron camp for night 2. Lots of berries, deer and scenic views. Day three went over Cameron and Lost Passes on ended in Dose Meadows around noon. Washed clothes and spent a lazy afternoon. Day 4 went down the Dosewalips and over the Gray Wolf Pass. Then traversed over to Cedar Lake and spent a couple of nights. Very beautiful and restfull. Day 6 descended from Cedar Lake and along the Gray Wolf to Three Forks and then up to Deer Park; kind of a grueling day. In camp by 2:30 and found a trickle of water. Rained during the night and the wind howled. Packed up and headed back to Obstruction Point along a high ridge with rain, a little snow, high wind and fog/clouds; lot's of fun. Overall, a very good trip.
