| NATIONAL PARKS QUICKLINKS |
Unusually topography and plant life for this part of Oklahoma. Redbud Valley is a Natural Area maintained by Tulsa Parks and Recreation. Hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm, Wed-Sun. The main trail loop starts and ends at the parking lot, with trailheads at both ends of the lot. The stunted woodlands are characterized by Blackjack Oak, Post Oak and Hickory. The hilltop glades include Prickly Pear cactus, Yucca and Fragrant Sumac.
The trail winds through large limestone boulders and has a long stretch that parallels tall bluffs and overhanging shelter caves.
This is my first trail map with the new Lowrance Endura GPS.

Great little area that is unmatched in the Tulsa area. This is a favorite of my family when we need to get outside without making a 2 hour drive.
The only drawback is the highway noise that, depending on the wind direction, can be heard on the bluffs section of the trail.
