| NATIONAL PARKS QUICKLINKS |
The trail is about 6 feet wide in most spots and a concrete surface. there is one portion that is on a city street with no sidewalk but there is very little traffic. The trail takes you through some remaining wild area by the Walnut river. The trail provides a shock when you exit the wild area and skirt the North edge of a dillons Grocery store parking lot with all of the trash in the tree line. The first time I walked it I felt like the Native American guy in the commercials and almost shead a tear. The trail goes through the Country Club golf course and the most dangerous creature you will encounter is the crazed golf cart driver.
