This trip is the East Pasayten Loop as found in "Backpacking Washington". We did the trip in July 08 in reverse of the book description. I would highly recommend the reverse-route as it builds more slowly into the most stunning areas saving the best for last. We did the trip ultralight covering about 70 miles in 3.5 days. There is some modest climbing, but generally once you have climbed to elevation the trail remains high most of the time. Highlights are an old abandoned Tungsten Mine and the beautiful Cathedral Lakes. For a full detailed trip report see my blog.
